Shipping Policy

UPDATE 3-15-2020 - We're back up and running. All previous/current orders have been shipped. Thank you for your patience during this whole ordeal 

3-3-2020 We're just about all caught up with the back log. We still have a few to get through, but we're 85% there. Logistics is looking better each day as well. We shouldn't be seeing any delays on future orders.

2-26-2020 More workers have been released back to work. We seeing more logistics come back on line. Shipping and processing is starting to normalize. We still have a backlog to work through so there may still be some minor delays going forward.

2-25-2020 The Government has cleared a lot workers to return to work. With that, there is a back log to work through but they will be working as quickly as possible to get everything caught up. Thanks again for everyone's patience

2-20-2020 As of March 8th all remaining orders should be synced up and taken care of. Like we said previously, most of the remaining orders were shipped out on February 18, 2020 but we're still unable to link up the tracking information. This has been an extremely stressful time and we really do appreciate all the patience. Seriously, we are so sorry for the inconvenience this situation has caused everyone. 

IMPORTANT - Some orders are experiencing longer than normal shipping delays due to the extension of the Chinese Lunar New Year Holiday to February 10th, as well as the issue with the coronavirus. These problems have caused a temporary disruption to the global shipping containers in Mainland China. With that, please allow and additional of 3-4 weeks for deliveries to arrive. We're are extremely sorry for the inconvenience and we really appreciate your patience with this very dire situation. Types of shipping we offer:

Standard shipping: These orders are typically shipped via ePacket which is an inexpensive international express shipping option which tends to be the quickest of all the economical options available for international shipments. 

Priority Shipping (tracking provided): All Priority Shipping orders are moved to the front of the processing queue and shipped out before "Standard Shipping" orders. Also all Priority Shipping orders are shipped via ePacket and include tracking information. 

Premium Express shipping: Is the quickest of all international or domestic shipping options. Premium Express shipping is typically DHL for international shipments with domestic shipments being next day air, or 2nd day. This option isn't available for all products. The price ranges anywhere from $10 - 55 dollars USD depending on the item.

Shipping can take anywhere between 10 - 65 days depending on shipping carrier, availability of item and destination. See the list below for general shipping estimates.

Depending upon what is ordered sometimes you may receive multiple packages for a single order. The reason for this is because we use multiple fulfillment companies located in different regions in order to cut down on shipping and processing times.

Tracking my order?

When you're dealing with worldwide international shipping tracking numbers are not always available immediately after shipping so please allow for about 5 - 10 business days after your order has been processed at which time it will be automatically email to you. Why is my order stuck in transit?

Occasionally, orders do get delayed when entered the country. With inspections and customs packages can be struck for up to 1 - 5 weeks with no updates to the tracking. This is fairly uncommon, but it does happen. If your order is struck and hasn't moved for several days unfortunately there's nothing that can be done to get it moving again, besides simply waiting it out so I thank you ahead of time for your patience.

Enter your email and Order number to view the tracking number and progress. Please take note if it's the first time you have visited this link you will have to give it time to gather the tracking information before you can view it, simply waiting 5 - 10 minutes and refreshing the screen will take care of this.

I listed the wrong shipping address by mistake!

Unfortunately, this is something beyond our control as we us an automated system that copy and pastes exactly what you list as your shipping address. With that, we can not accept any responsibility for customers listing incorrect information. In this situation I would advise you to contact your post office as soon as possible for guidance.

Orders that have been "Returned to Sender"

All customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and monitoring their order(s) while in transit as important updates are often added to the tracking information. I.E. "Delivery failed - package is waiting at the local post office for the next XX days before it's returned to sender."

Deadlygirl.com is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer on the order page. Deadlygirl.com is not responsible when customers fail to accept orders or fail to retrieve orders from the post office that are listed as "Unclaimed". With that, no refunds, credits or replacements will be issued in these situations.
